Shipping policy

This website ships to Australia, UK and USA only at this time (including ebooks).

For all other countries my books are available on all the major online book retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Kobo and GooglePlay, as well as Waterstones, Books-A-Million and Bookshop.org. You'll find a link at the bottom of each product page with a list of retailers, or simply search for my name and book title at your favourite online retailer.

Shipping Info

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

2. Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault (for UK and USA) or by the author (for AU). Print/handling time is usually 72 working hours, and once they are shipped, these are the average shipping times:

To AU: 2 to 6 business days

To US: 5 to 7 business days

To UK: 1 to 3 business days

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
