Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of instant downloads, refunds do not apply to ebooks and audiobooks. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
For physical goods such as paperbacks, hardcovers and merchandise, exchanges are not possible and there is no return for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If you receive damaged or faulty print books or merchandise, we are happy to provide a replacement order or refund your item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item (as per the tracking details) by emailing hello@sarahepsteinbooks.com. Use the subject line ‘Faulty Item’ and include your name and order number, as well as photos of the faulty item.
